紅色藝術中國基金有限公司成立於二零零九年，總部設於香港。紅色藝術從事金融及藝術投資工作，致力推廣俄羅斯及亞洲有潛力之藝術家，承辦藝術家在香港、國內及海外的畫展，為藝術家走向世界市場搭建平台，提升他們的國際知名度，並向世界各地的藝術愛好者提供更多不同元素的文化藝術交流。
紅色藝術基金投資管理團隊的核心成員均為嚴格甄選的投資專才，大部份成員在投資市場內已工作逾二十年。我們非常著重基金投資人才的培訓，大部份現職基金經理皆從分析員位置，憑著穩定卓越的表現，經內部晉升至現時擔當領導者的角色。
在投資管理團隊中，每位成員均為所有基金提供投資建議，以確保每項基金均能從中受惠。我們的成員各自負責特定投資領域，以應用及深化其基金管理的專業知識。

主席 梁鳳儀小姐 (Janny Leung)
紅色藝術基金創辦人，出生藝術世家，自少熱愛繪畫，於無鍚輕工業設計學院畢業，年少時活躍於國內藝術界。其後移居香港，經營金融及投資事業達40多年，經驗豐富。
董事 莊螢先生 (Raymond Chong)
從80年代起從事管理工作，穿梭中港，足跡遍及亞非拉。曾任職大型國際企業，從電子照明到環保塑料，負責大型機建工程如開煤礦、築鐵路隧道、建豪宅等等。定地信奉：承諾就要做到，而且做到最好。
財務總監 林坤先生 (Steven Lam)
從70年代開始任職於知名香港證劵及基金公司，實戰於股票市場。對投資分析及各類基金託管和財務運作， 均擁有40多年操作的經驗。
Established in 2009 and based in Hong Kong, Fusia Arts Funding Limited is specialized in financial and art investments, focuses on promoting contemporary art of Russia and Asia, building platforms for potential artists to enter the international market and providing a variety of choices to art collectors around the world.
Key members are well-selected investment professionals, most of whom have related work experience of more than twenty years. We lay great emphasis on trainings of fund investment talents. Most of our fund managers were promoted to their current positions from analyzers due to stable and excellent performance. Every member proposes their suggestions on investments on all funds to ensure that we can benefit from each fund. They are responsible for specific investment fields so that they can apply and enhance their expertise on fund management.
Investment Management Team
Chairman Janny Leung
Founder of the Fund. Growing up in a family interested in arts, she has developed love of painting since childhood, and graduated from Design Department of Wuxi Institute of Light Industry. She was active in mainland’s art community when she was young, and later moved to Hong Kong, and started to run financial and investment business and has accumulated rich experience in this field for over 40 years.
Director Raymond Chong
He has been engaged in management work since the 1980s, and often travels between the mainland and Hong Kong, and in Asia, Africa and Latin America. He once worked in large state-owned enterprises manufacturing electronic lighting devices or environmentally friendly plastic products, and was responsible for large construction works such as development of coal mines, railway tunnels, or villas. He believes that: do what one says and do one’s best.
CFO Steven Lam
Starting from the 1970s, he worked in famous securities and fund companies in Hong Kong, and was specialized in the stock market, with over 40 years of experience in investment analysis, fund custody, and financial operation.
